how did you come across the picture. my grandpaw is the legal owner of the truck and the one beside it called the ugly truck, do we as the legal own get a cut of the profit your making off of this truck?

Does the sunset get profit from photographers selling photos of it? Simply, no, objects are objects. You can take photos of inanimate objects in public view and sell those photos all day long, nobody else has the rights to those photos or profits except the photographer. I captured the image from the public road which the truck was sitting beside. I own the image and the copyright to the image and all proceeds from any sales of the image.. Cool truck though, tell your Grandpa he does good work!
